Chapter 11 (as far as I can tell) means you're still liquid, but you
can't afford to pay all your creditors, so you're seeking legal
protection against being sued for the money you owe them.
The story is that if things go well for them, they'll eventually be able
to pay all their creditors and get back to normal business. However,
it's nigh impossible to run a business with no credit line (which it's
almost impossible to get while you're bankrupt). So things don't look
too rosy.
