It might be argued that choosing a (particularly swanky) 5 star hotel
isn't exactly constructive towards keeping the cost down.
(Apologies to those concerned if you didn't have a choice on this matter,
perhaps it was seen as a way of showing the various official bodies that
you are very serious about your goals).
