Yes ;-)

I haven't used the full 8 hours, but have made a 2+ hour call to Ireland
from Auckland, offpeak. It's clearly indicated in the bill that it's
capped at $8 (~ £3.20). Their website says that the cap operates up to a
maximum of 8 hours, at which point standard charging kicks in again.
