It's certainly always been tough to find isos of suse.
To be perfectly honest, that in itself would put me off suse, but if you're decided on using suse then good luck in your search, might be easiest to find someone who has it and copy there CD.
You could just compile a new kernel and upgrade whatever packages you want though.
