You should get openssh precompiled if you install cygwin
(http://sources.redhat.com/cygwin/). You should find instructions for
setting up sshd in the openssh readme in the directory
c:\cygwin\usr\doc\Cygwin (assuming you've installed cygwin in the
default location).

It's also possible setup the cygwin sshd to authenticate against your NT
domain. You should read the section of the user guide in NT security if
you decide to do this
