If by "their CD" you mean one of the "evaluation" versions, which may
be freely duplicated but not sold for profit, then this is perfectly
fine. On the IA32 architecture, these are currently available for SuSE
releases through 7.0. Those should not be confused with the parallel
series of "live-eval" versions, which run from CD-ROM, only.

By contrast, if you are talking about some or all of the CDs in
someone's SuSE boxed set, duplicating those violates SuSE's copyright
terms for YaST/YaST2[1] (and very likely other things, as the multi-CD
boxed set includes quite a lot of not-freely-distributable proprietary
software).
