Hi,

I have redhat linux 6.2 with kernel 2.2.14-5.0 (gcc is egcs-2.91.66) on
a machine and want to install an older kernel version 2.0.30 (in order
to run really old software that won't compile on the new kernel but is
known to work on the old one - the kernel was out on redhat 4.2 I
think). It wouldn't compile so I tried to install an earlier
gcc-2.7.2.1 (thinking the 2.91.66 was at fault, and it's a compiler
which works with the old software) but that wouldn't compile either..any
known problems here?

Does anyone know where I can get a download/isoimage of redhat4.2 with
the kernel 2.0.30 and gcc 2.7.2.1?

Thanks in advance,

Ollie.
