Actually, it's down to about 13-15 (well, debugging does that to fast
code :P). Speed improvement are possible, though. FFmpeg and mpeg2divx
are both a tad faster, but nowhere near as usable :(

I'm using DivXripper, the "official hack" Win32 DLL, and custom
modifications to the former. I'll probably tidy up the source and post
on SourceForge when I'm less busy.
(The only thing I need Win32 for in relation to DVD is subtitle ripping,
but I'll hack up an option in DivXripper later on ;)
