begin Waider quotation:

As the expression around $FIRM goes, "Feel the love." <grin>

I mentioned the matter in a sort of sideways fashion with Eric, not
wanting to come across as a prima donna, nor caring all that much about
formal credit in any event. As I put it, I'm perfectly happy to simply
have contributed to what I consider a worthwhile effort, but figured
people were starting to look at me a little funny whenever I said
"co-author".
Eric said he intends to fix that, and it reflects some sort of
limitation in the Docbook tools. Not a big deal, in any event.
One thing I _am_ still waiting on tenterhooks for is the "Ultimate Linux
Box" article I helped Eric complete. Some arcana inside SSC / Linux
Journal keeps delaying the piece, and reportedly chopping it smaller
and smaller, but the full version on the Web should be really good.
Eric is holding the latter back until LJ releases the print version.
It didn't make the just-released October issue, so we seem to have
another month to wait.
