Um, what about getting a copy of Easy CD (I'll sell you my bundled copy!)?
Of course, that won't let you convert to iso format. I wonder can Nero
read .cif? It writes iso (even though it uses a .nrg extension, the
images mount as iso and burn with cdrecord). Nero should be available as
a trial download and might get you out of a spot.
