[ILUG] This Sourceforge thingee and CVS ??

Hi Guys,

I've been submitting patches to a sourceforge project for a couple of
months and I was asked to get a sourceforge account so I could be setup
with developer access so I can commit my own changes. I've never used
sourceforge before and I'm having trouble getting the commits to work
and can't see anywhere to tell me what I'm doing wrong. So some pointers
would be much appreciated.

Firstly the source tree on my local drive was checked out of sourceforge
using the following commands.

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at domain cvs.lcdproc.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/lcdproc
login
cvs -z3
-d:pserver:anonymous at domain cvs.lcdproc.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/lcdproc co
lcdproc

I've been updating and make patchs against this source tree. Now I've
got a user account at sourceforge and apparently I've been given
developer status to the project. I try and commit with the following
commands.

export CVS_RSH=ssh
cvs -d:pserver:glengray at domain cvs.lcdproc.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/lcdproc
login
cvs -d:pserver:glengray at domain cvs.lcdproc.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/lcdproc
commit

My commits still claim that the server is aborting with this error
message.

cvs [server aborted]: "commit" requires write access to the repository
cvs commit: saving log message in /tmp/cvsTz6zoC

I've heard that pserver might not work for developer access but I'm not
sure what else to do.

Suggestions welcome :-)
