OK - I'm no DHCP expert, but it occurs to me that you could simply remove
the dhcpcd K scripts from the appropriate run level directories. I imagine
that a "correct" use of DHCP would have you give back leases when you're
finished with them but I don't suppose that'll be a big problem.
