Apparently, it also supports font antialiasing (provided you've got XFree 4
and a gtk patch to do so ) - this should finally make it presentable to
certain PHB types, who have complained to me on previous occasions
"It looks okay, but the fonts are really ugly - I wouldn't want to print
that"
Really, how the fonts look on screen has little to do with how they print -
but it proved next to impossible to prove that to them. When I printed out
and it (of course) looked okay, they thought it was some sort of trick...
To the PHB, appearance is everything....
