Try Amanda, http://www.amanda.org/ and use the Samba client tools to
mount whatever data you want to backup from the Windows boxes on the
Linux server (sorry for the run on sentence :)
I'm using both tools above, but not to backup Windows boxes. I can't see
there being much of a problem except for restoring DOS attributes which
might be a problem.
