Hi,

I'm trying to install Linux on a Compaq Presario 1200 laptop,
but running into problems with the X server configuration.
Currently trying Red Hat 7.1 (have also tried Mandrake 7.2)
and can't get X to work.

Has anyone run into this problem and fixed it,
or otherwise have a suggestion.

(Searching the Compaq site for info...)
