OK there seems to have been a problem with the compile of php and perl mods.
It probally is crashing as well.
Uncomment those two modules and restart the server. Can you connect? If you
can try uncommenting one of the modules next. If its still dying try the
other module.
That will tell you if its just one or both modules causing the problem.
Ifs it is the php well that quiite common (for me anyhow) usuall for me it
means I have missed something when doing the ./configure --with-whatever blah
stuff.
Have a reread over the docs and try to compile it again.
been a while since I loaded the perl mod but I will do it later on today.
What distro you using BTW?
Also webdev at domain linux.ie rocks for webby questions.
