Hi John,
do NOT treat these as refresh rates!!
V 100-240 ~ means supply voltage of 100-240, the ~ gives it away. It
means AC (alternating current).
Hz 50-60 means the frequency of the supply voltage, 50 Hz for
UK/Ireland, 60 Hz for the US.
A 1.5 presumably means 1.5 Amps is the max current it will draw.
