In an effort to waste even more time than used reading netnews, I
have installed leafnode today.
But once I ran fetchnews on our local news-server, I find it to be
picky about whom it will talk to: nntpcache 2.3.3, it says, has
dirty y2k problems and is to be ignored...
I thought we'd all gotten over y2k, and I can't see any server
still holding articles from the last millenium, so would it be sane
to edit the source to skip this behaviour?
Any experience?
Brendan
