Just to make sure:
V DEFINETELY means volts - the monitor can run on ~100V (American/European?
volts) or ~240 (Irish/British voltage).
Hz is the frequency of the ac current ~50 everywhere (I think).

V - Voltage, it's autosensing so should work pretty much anywhere in the
world.
Hz - I was thinking vertical refresh, but it must be the SC current
frequency.
Reckon it's 50 Hz where NTSC is used & 600 Hz where PAL/secam is used. (25 &
30 frames a second). Simplistic link?
The vertical & horizontal refresh rates will probably be stuck inside the
manual.
Horizontal is kHz.
Vertical is Hz.
In Win95/98 search the monitor*.inf files (\windows\inf) for the description
of your monitor. Then look for the link to the monitor info stored elsewhere
in the file. This should help.
Bear in mind that almost any half decent video card today can render your
monitor a quivering / smoking mess.
