Hi tahanks all for the replies.
I was just seeing if anyone had experienced this problem or it was me.
I am not an ESAT cutomer however I did inform them but then again as I am
not a customer I am still waiting for the phone call back from them.

Er, no I didn't. But then I don't use Esat.
Perhaps you'd be better off sending this to Esat, who might be better able
