1. Get a new keyboard :)
2. I believe AltGr may well have been simply a handy way of keying Shift-Alt
   before there was a separate key for that, so you could try that and see if
   it works. Of course, then how do you get Shift-AltGr?
3. Modify the xkb file I posted to define something else as the required key.
