hi colm,
how many servers/what size/how much liability?
Compaq OMC does that kind of stuff, ie remote management and onsite repair
if things break. doesn't matter if it's not compaq hardware, doesn't matter
what OS.
but it probably needs to be a reasonably big operation for it to be worth
your while. ie important server, or several smaller servers.
