Subject: [ILUG] Unix shell docs

Looking for a good book or online tutorial that gets into the
guts of shell programming, and covers advanced or wacky stuff
like fd manipulation. Preferably Bourne, but I'll consider Korn, too.
 Any pointers?

Oh, I am a C programmer and I'm okay
I muck with indices and structs all day
And when it works, I shout hoo-ray
        Oh, I am a C programmer and I'm okay
