Hi folks,
        Anyone out there know if there is a set criteria/procedure that can
be used for the evaluation of a software system or package??
What I'm looking for is evaluation technique that can be presented to a
group of people as a standard of measure of a software system or package's
performance in comparison with others in it's field.

Any help much appreciated,
