[ILUG] zope as middleware ?

 Has anyone used Zope as middleware, as in, not the web/DTML front end ?

 I'd love to hear from you. As for anyone looking for a nice content
management system, Zope is a lovely place to start. You can do stuff like
database frontends to websites without knowing any programming at all.
