Hah!

If you're wedded to Outlook at the client end, you're out of look - as
far as I know there are know free servers which reproduce Exchange's
calendar/tasklist functionality.

We're looking hard at Bynari Insight Connector
(http://www.bynari.net/bynari/insightcon.html) which is a plugin for
Outlook which allows Exchange-like functionality on better servers.

If you're not wedded to Outlook, there's lots of things. Look on
sourceforge.
