hi,
I recompiled the kernel with cryptoapi enabled and in the how to it says
to get utils-linux... and apply the mount crypto patch to it.I have
compile mount and losetup and umount and installed them but when i reboot
the machine it fails to mount any drives.I am using redhat 7.2 wtih
kernel 2.4.18.
Question:
why would mount fail to work properly after reboot.
Nothing gets logged because var does not get mounted and the error
messages go by very fast.
the crypto patch is working fine because before i rebooted i created an
encrypted file and mount it using the new version of mount.
Any ideas
