So you can can copy the SUSE cd's (containing YaST) and give them away -
but not charge for them.

So you may NOT copy SuSE CDs FOR PAYMENT which means that SuSE is NOT
"yours
to do with what you wish". You can put YaST and the free programs from
the
SuSE distribution on FTP servers but it's unclear to me whether puttings
ISOs of the CDs on a server would be permitted under the above license.
