Jim,

There are very few places (if any) in Ireland that provide public
wireless internet access. You could do a lot worse then to contact any
of the lads in Vbnets (www.vbnets.com) they've been doing a lot of
wireless stuff in this country and would have a fairly good idea of
what's available....

Regards, Evert Bopp.

Subject: [ILUG] wireless access

Hello.

I'll be coming back to Ireland shortly for a visit of 3 to 4 weeks,
bringing with me a laptop running Debian Woody.

The laptop has a wireless card, and I was wondering if there might be
places (coffee-shops? university campuses?) that would provide wireless
net access. I'll be in Dublin, Donegal and Clare.

Thanks very much indeed for any pointers or advice,

Jim
