Medianet Ireland Ltd, a part of the Via Net Works Group, have a vacancy
for a Junior Network Support Engineer.
Required skills are:
Experience of Windows 95/98/NT networking.
Knowledge of Linux/FreeBSD.
Experience with cisco routers beneficial.
Knowledge of BIND,Apache,Sendmail.
Experience of Perl scripting.
The role would best suit someone looking to move from a 2nd level support
position or a recent graduate who can demonstrate experience.
Linux/FreeBSD experience is very important, as we mostly run those OSes.
This is an excellent opportunity to move into the Network Operations
Centre of a fast growing Internet Service Provider.
