There is support for this in apt-cache. Running "apt-cache dotty
<packages>" will generate output that can be used by dot to generate a
dependency graph for those packages. It should be possible to generate
a graph for the entire system by not specifying a particular package,
but it may not work too well as the graphs get quite complex as the
number of packages increases.
