The D in ISDN means digital. I.E. it connects at domain 64k or not at all.
What TA are you using? You need a fast serial connection to it to take
advantage of the full speed (note 115Kbaud = 92Kbps after framing bits
etc. is much less than 128Kbps, and things gets way worse if
(standard ISDN) compression is used)). Of course if you don't use
terminal emulation (an internal card), then this isn't an issue.
