Choose your own poison, but my experience is that "easy" administrative
tools are a fools paradise for any real-world production use. If the
next admin needs to buckle down and actually learn what the heck he's
doing, better that he learn this truth on Day One than kid himself for
weeks before figuring it out.
When you start talking about Oracle installations, you've narrowed down
the context, and need someone who didn't get his sysadmin skills from
comic books.
