I've fallen in love with Opera 6.x Its by far the best browser I've used so
far, and I've tried em all. I dont like konqueror as a browser, not pretty
enough.
I really like mozilla 1.0 & netscape 6.2.3 and prior to this week-end, used
both of them. But man Opera is FAST, renders faster than mozzy, certainly is
faster to load, having a wee bit of hassle with my crossover plugins, but I
think I just have to nuke em and re-install specifying the opera plugin dirs
[actually de-install rather than re-installing the crossovers]
I still have respect for Netscape 4.7.3 but its too slow loading -> like
mozzy, and the fonts sometimes suck, although are much better with crossover
- though I haven't actually verified that, they just seem better :)
FYI -> there is an option to install them there windozs fonts from MS
themselves.
As far as the best looking browser, it has to go to galeon, but I nuked
/usr/lib/mozilla [0.9.6] and this KO'ed galeon, so I reckon its based on
mozzy. Dunno though, just a hunch.
After I installed mozzy 1.0 to /usr/local/mozilla [its default] I made a
symbolic link from /usr/lib/mozilla to /usr/local/mozilla, but this didn't
fix the issue.

Graphical Web browsers? I use Galeon mostly on my K6/233 with 128 MB
RAM, and love it. Mozilla and Konqueror are also good. Skipstone is
very fast and light, but a little shy on features.
If you're running the Debian "stable" branch (currently 2.2 = "potato"),
then I strongly recommend stepping up to the "testing" branch (currently
3.0 = "woody"). It strikes the right balance of leading edge but not
cutting edge.
