You've said before that there is an exchange server in your place, therefore
you probably use Outlook.....you can get it to quote sensibly.

- Click on "Tools", "Options"
- On the preferences tab (The first one), click "Email Options"
- In the on replies and forwards section, set each of "on reply" and "on
forward" to "prefix each line of the message"
- Set the prefix to "> "
