I've just been informed that an edited version of
my Linux In Industry interview has been printed
in "Irish Computer". (I haven't seen it myself yet,
so I don't know how much has been changed.)
What bugs me is that they never asked me first.
Did anyone on the web team hear about it?
Perhaps we need a copyright notice of some form
on the site? (Bummer... It's been nicely free of
legalese so far.)
While I don't have any objection to the material
being reprinted, I think it's bad form for them not
to run the edited version past me or Ken Guest
before publication. Does anyone know if this is
normal is the publishing-for-money world?
And if anyone has this magazine, could they fax
me a copy of the article to 091 771660? Thanks.
Later,
Kenn
