Are you sure this is always the case? Have you tried this a number of
different times, and at different times of the day? It's possible that
some MAC address caching is going on, but I don't think that's the case.
It's more likely that when you log out and in again quickly, the IP
address that you have released is first back out of the pool. But
when you reboot, someone else has logged on in the meantime and
received your previous IP address.
