I run 3 instances of setiathome from a shell script and that script prints out
the renice commands for me to copy/paste with the mouse into the command line
history. This works in the console (gpm) and in X. When I'm AFK the processes
are reniced to -20 and the reason I want the renice commands in the history
is so I can just double-press up-arrow when I get back to my PC and the
processes get reniced back to 20.

I might just try sourcing the script, that'll probably sort it out, thanks!
