Well, you could put wynnec: cwynne in your /etc/aliases and run
postalias /etc/aliases. Or, you could just use a .fetchmailrc. Something
like:
poll mail.server with proto POP3
user 'wynnec' there with password 'CHANGEME' is cwynne here
