[ILUG] A little Problem

Dear sirs,
I just started to use Linux RedHat 60 and I have a problem with
connecting to Internet. I have Rockwell 56k internal PCI modem and Linux

can see it on its port. But when try to connect I end up with no dial
tone. It can't dial. Do you have any way to solve this problem? If
there's please help me to solve it.
