Morning.
just a couple of q's about the mail server I've set up here.
Background:
machine: 486 running debian/smail uses fetchmail -p ETRN to collect mail
and
queues mail for delivery on a cron schedule.
what I want to do:
The mail server that it's replacing checks the priority of a message and
if
it's high, sends it immediately. Any ideas how I'd do that with the
above setup?
Other problem: Connecting to the machine is slow (either with a mail
client
or telnet) is slow. from telnet I get:
Trying 192.168.1.4...
Connected to mail1.manganbros.ie.
Escape character is '^]'.
for a while and then a connection.
any ideas?
