Quite a lot - generally less than the cost of a leased line, but
"several thousand per year" seems to be the answer of the day. All the
major ISPs do it (linux.ie is run from just such a box in Indigo -
hosted for free *thanks, guys*), and I'm sure they'll all be happy to
quote you...
