Mactorcaills on corner of Townsend St/Tara St will also let you
book for free. I'd be dubious about this, if you were expecting
anything more than 30 people.
Mactorcaills can be very quiet, so long as it's not a weekend and
there's nothing on the T.V. Inquire in there, they'll generally be
able to tell you if it's noisy or not on a particular evening/night.
