MAIL-FROM-based relaying is easily spoofed and as such will guarantee
you wind up on at least one of the mail blacklists. You'll probably find
that freeserve have locked down their server to only relay from their
own dialups.
Might be worth checking if they support some sort of SMTP
authentication, such as SMTP AUTH or POP before SMTP.
