ESAT's offer will cost you EUR125 in setup cost and EUR90 per month. If

512/156 is the most common option according to their sales reps. And
it's uncapped.

According to the same sales rep, they "provide an ip address" to you.
When asking if it is a static IP or a Dynamic one, he just said the same
thing again, so he really didn't have a clue what I was on about.. ;)

For availability, you'd have to call them to check. I haven't found
anything on their web pages showing any coverage areas or similar. Sorry
about that. Personally, I live in Blanchardstown, and they aren't there
yet. Will be in a couple of month according to the same sales monkey..
