[ILUG] modem blacklisting, and playing with same

Ok. Here's what I appear to have on modem commands for blacklisting:

Lucent and friends:
AT%B lists blacklisted numbers
AT%T21,18,0 disables blacklisting completely until the next power cycle.

The other modem I have notes for (probably USR):
AT%TCB clears the current blacklist

So. Hopefully that's useful to someone. Props to Rocco Caputo for the
data.
