Have not used it myself, but has all the ingredients you need. Most
important is that you have control over outgoing traffic.
Unfortunately traffic shaping does not work too well on incoming traffic
(big downloads, etc.) - your upstream ISP will need to handle that. But for
big outgoing mails it should work very nicely.
