If you mean customers who have signed up for the "multi" product,
there is no problem, as they have PPPoE clients installed on their
PCs, so the MTU on each PC is automatically set to 1492.

I don't know. But ISP-provided FAQs are rarely as good as 3rd-party ones
so hopefully something on IIU/ILUG will manifest itself before long.
