Yea, but in this case - do you care ?
All you need to do is fax them and tell them that you
no longer the financial contact for the zone and they
should bill the customer directly... Then they have
to chase the cash..
Keep copies of the paperwork and let them make a fool
of themselves chasing the customer later on..

Before people go off starting whole new anti-IEDR cause...
why not (if you are serious) take a look at IEwatch..
It's a serious move on dealing with the IEDR ..
Then again if you're just like to rant from your armchair,
maybe you shouldn't bother :)
