Thanks to your insight.
First off (GO GET SOME MANNERS).
I may have being a bit liberal with my tone.(other post).
I only posted it to the ilug because i though it would be interesting to
people in other colleges.
All i was trying to do was to show that in a IT which is supposed to
teach about IT in general,
All the the college had to offer was windows. And i do understand that
there are other courses in the IT.I went to college to learn programming
+ other stuff, All the IT couses are based around Microsoft products eg
micosoft VB,C++,etc. Plus the fact that snet is only one computer and it
is a production server, their is no way to expermient with, also there
is so much red tape to even put another computer on wit network that i
think that wit has a reactive rather that proactive approch to Other OS
,like linux or to new IT in general.
